Service rules
How a parcel deal works
- The sender posts a parcel and their price.
- Verified carriers take the parcel at that price or offer their own.
- The sender picks an offer and the payment is held by the service.
- At handover the carrier checks the contents and marks the parcel as picked up.
- The recipient tells the carrier a 4-digit code and the money goes to the carrier.
How a ride works
- A verified driver posts a trip: route, time, seats and price per seat.
- The passenger books seats, the driver confirms and the payment is held by the service.
- At the end of the trip the passenger tells the driver a 4-digit code and the money goes to the driver.
- Before departure the passenger can cancel for a full refund.
Service fee
The service charges 7 % of each deal or booking. It's deducted from the carrier's or driver's payout — senders and passengers pay exactly the agreed price. If a deal is cancelled, no fee is charged.
Once a carrier is chosen, the deal gets a tracking number. The recipient can follow the parcel with it on the “Track a parcel” page. If the delivery deadline passes without confirmed delivery, support reviews the deal.
Prohibited items
- Cash, bank cards, securities
- Weapons, ammunition, explosive and flammable substances
- Narcotic and psychotropic substances, prescription drugs without paperwork
- Perishable food, animals and plants
- Meat and dairy products — when travelling to the EU, the UK and Moldova
- Goods banned from import into the destination country
The carrier may open the parcel at handover and refuse it. When crossing a border, the carrier is responsible to customs for the contents.

If something goes wrong
Open a dispute on the deal or booking page. While it’s open, the money stays on hold. Support will refund or pay it out after reviewing the case.
The full terms, including what the service is and is not responsible for, are in the public offer.
